GenderGuess is a recreational visual-perception game based on public profiles of known people. Appearance, clothing or gender expression do not determine anyone’s identity. Answers reflect only information documented by the linked sources.
3. Responsible use
The site must not be used to harass, discriminate, defame, identify private individuals, scrape data abusively or attack the infrastructure. Access or content may be restricted to protect people and the service.
4. Intellectual property and sources
The brand, design and original code are protected by applicable law. Portraits belong to their authors and are used under the licences shown after each answer. Biographies and external sources retain their own terms.
5. Accuracy and corrections
We aim to verify each profile, but sources can change or contain errors. Request a review through “Report a correction” after any answer or through the correction system.
6. Links and availability
We do not control external websites. The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
7. Advertising
Ads are served through Google AdSense and kept distinguishable from publisher content and game controls. Users are never asked or encouraged to click advertising. Advertising privacy choices are managed through Google’s certified CMP.
8. Applicable law
Where applicable, this notice is interpreted under Spanish and European law without limiting mandatory user rights.
